tracy: the supreme court may get another chance to rule on president obama's healthcare law. our next guest says it will continue to be confusing, if it isn't already. some ideas on how the government can help streamline the process. more on the future of our helpline service. >> what will we be on top of it is the system polices itself to a degree to add to their quality. the cost comes out. i think we will just remain confused for the next few years. tracy: those of us that are privately insured will remain confused. i was at my ob's office the other day and he said i have no idea. what are we supposed to do? what is the solution here? >> if i had the solution, i would certainly share it. there are a lot of things that would make it easier. medicare was passed, if you speak to people, the first ten years of medicare were a challenge as they figure out the economic realities behind it. if you are taking care of your parents, just take care of your parents, put a plan in place now. the net result of the affordable care act is you and myself as consumers are more responsible.
